Zacznę od początku:

 

Przedwczoraj wyskoczyły mi problemy z uruchamianiem komputera. Na szczęście nie dałam przywracania systemu,tylko jakieś tam ustawienia,że cały ekran był ciemno niebieski ,wyskakiwały jakieś liczby,zielony pasek wypełniał pół ekranu,pokazując jakieś procenty. Na moje szczęście komp odpalił ponownie i ruszył z byka,pokazując mój pulpit. Kiedy skończyłam pracę,nie było żadnych problemów ,

nie wyskakiwały żadne błędy ani errory.

Niestety rodzina zmusiła mnie do zamknięcia klapy i położenia nieszczęsnego komputera między książki z kablem do ładowania. Kiedy wczoraj rano,odpaliłam kompa pokazało się od razu,to same okno co wczoraj,przywracanie systemu itd. Nie przywróciłam systemu,zdenerwowałam się,odłączyłam kabel,wyjęłam baterię,uruchomiłam ponownie kompa ,wyskoczyło mi okienko do podania hasła. Wpisałam je i wyskoczyły mi na cały ekran dzienne błędy,errory i braki jakiś plików. Długo zeszło mi zamykanie wszystkich okien. Jeden brakujący plik wcisnęłam zgodnie w system i po ponowy uruchomieniu laptopaka ,już nie wyskoczył,więc został zaliczony. Z pozostałych dwóch nie umiem sobie poradzić.

Nie działają filmy,programy do muzyki,Paint,Windows Movie Maker 6 ,nie działają gry,nie mogę uruchomić filmów na YT ,nie uruchamia się GG ,wszędzie wyskakują błędy z tym plikiem.

Nie mogę zrobić screena,bo nie działają programy graficzne,jednym słowem nic!!!

 

Jeden z błędów:

Wystąpił problem podczas uruchamianiu pliku:

 

C:/Users/{moje imię}/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/APPLIC~1/170963~1.56/gcswf.32.dll

Nie można odnaleźć określonego modułu.

 

Drugi:

 

mpc-hc.exe-Błąd systemu

Nie można uruchomić programu,ponieważ na komputerze nie znaleziono urlmon.dll. Spróbuj ponownie zainstalować program,aby naprawić ten problem.

 

Trzeci:

 

(msls31.dll) nie znaleziono

 

 

Mam tylko 14 lat,proszę Was o pomoc. Z góry dziękuję.

 

Poproszę o dokładne instrukcje,krok po kroku...

 

Jestem dziewczyną,ale login na to nie wskazuje,ponieważ śpieszyłam się i dałam po prostu ''Tyte''

 

Wiele osób doradziło mi,aby przeskanowała komp za pomocą programu Malwarebrytes Anti-Malware. Właśnie skanuję,póżniej pokaże logi. Jak myślicie,co spowodowało takie błędy? Przecież pliki multimedialne,grafikę,zdjęcia i filmy trzymam w osobnych folderach,więc przy przenoszeniu nie wsadziłam plików do plików systemowych,to jest wykluczone. Niczego w ostatnim czasie nie instalowałam. Czy niewykluczone jest,że wdarł się robak,szpieg,albo po prostu system nawala?

Pod tym linkiem http://www.fixitpc.p...owiazkowe-logi/ jest instrukcja jak stworzyć raporty programem OTL i GMER. Jeżeli udałoby się je uzyskać bardzo by to pomogło. Jeżeli nie było by to możliwe bo programy by się nie uruchamiały, zawieszały lub coś podobnego to zapoznaj się z tym tematem http://www.fixitpc.p...551#entry32546. Jeżeli te błędy przy uruchamianiu dalej wyskakują możesz im zrobić zdjęcie (nawet komórką) i je tu wrzucić bo czasem jeden obraz wart jest tysiąca słów. Skan Malwarebytes możesz zrobić jak już dostarczysz logi, przynajmniej te z OTL.

to żadne tłumaczenie @MatiK jest chyba w tym samym wieku.

 

Ewidentnie nie wiesz w czym rzecz, masz jeszcze możliwość wezwania informatyka albo kogoś bardziej zorientowanego do domu w celu naprawy.

 

Na szczęście nie dałam przywracania systemu
a dlaczego na szczęście? Może to właśnie źle, zapodaj przywracanie systemy do jakiegoś wcześniejszego punktu, być może się naprawi.

marekW robiłam już kilka razy przywracanie systemu ,nawet dzisiaj,ale ono nie ma wpływu na dane osobowe ,więc to problemu nie naprawiło. Linki są do wyświetlających się błędów w okienkach. Nie umiem dodawać grafiki w postach,bo kod tutaj nie zadziałało,a jak chcę wrzucić w zielone okienko pod emotikonami,to mi pisze,że forum nie przyjmuje tego typu rozszerzeń grafiki. Możliwość wezwania informatyka jest,tylko,że nas spłucze.. :(

Ok Tyte to zrób proszę tak:

na komputerze na którym sa problemy wejdź pod ten link http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe naciśnij zapisz wybierz jako lokalizację pulpit. Potem uruchom ten program OTL.exe naciśnij na Skanuj i poczekaj aż się skanowanie zakończy. Wtedy pojawi się okienko notatnika. Z menu plik wybierz opcje zapisz jako i zapisz sobie ten plik np na pulpicie. Potem zaloguj się na forum i w okienku dodawania odpowiedzi w sekcji dodaj pliki wybierz ten plik textowy który przed chwilą zapisywałaś na pulpicie i klinik na załącz. Wtedy ten raport powinien się załączyć i my będziemy mogli go przeglądnąć. Gdyby OTL nie działał też daj znać. Bez tych raportów raczej nie damy rady pomóc. Tak jak mówił staruszek MarekW jak sobie sama nie dasz rady możesz kogoś wezwać na pomoc. Niekoniecznie z ogłoszenia, może znasz kogoś kto się choć trochę więcej zna i będzie mu łatwiej wykonywać nasze wskazówki. Jak nie znasz to się nie zrażaj, pisz spróbujemy pomóc.

No tak, ale w poście nr 2 skierowałeś do ogłoszenia ogólnego oraz narzędzi zaawansowanych do których daleka droga i to jest zbyt skomplikowane na tym etapie, podczas gdy tu należy po prostu maksymalnie skrócić ciągnięcie danych.

marekW robiłam już kilka razy przywracanie systemu ,nawet dzisiaj,ale ono nie ma wpływu na dane osobowe ,więc to problemu nie naprawiło.

 

Nie rozumiem tego fragmentu. Co rozumiesz pod pojęciem "dane osobowe"? Jaki to ma mieć związek z problemem, że Przywracanie nie obejmuje owych (nadal dla mnie niejasnych) danych? Poza tym, tutaj wcale nie wygląda na to, że problem tworzą "dane osobowe":

Te błędy sugerują braki plików Internet Explorer. Jest tu stanowczo za mało danych, ale wstępnie proszę przeprowadź operację weryfikacji poprawności plików systemowych za pomocą wbudowanego w system narzędzia SFC. To tylko wygląda "strasznie", ale jest prostym zadaniem wbrew pozorom, tylko należy w skupieniu wpisywać polecenia i nie pomylić się w spacjach:

 

1. Start > w polu szukania wpisz cmd > na liście z wynikami wyszukiwania z prawokliku na wynik wybierz "Uruchom jako Administrator"

Otworzy się czarne okno linii komend. W tej linii komend:

 

2. Z klawiatury wpisz polecenie (zauważ gdzie jest spacja):

 

sfc /scannow

 

I z klawiatury ENTER. Poczekaj, aż narzędzie ukończy skanowanie, co zostanie obwieszczone stosownym komunikatem w oknie. Następnie:

 

3. Stwórz log z wynikami pracy narzędzia. W linii komend wpisz (patrz uważnie gdzie są spacje a gdzie nie):

 

findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\log.txt

 

I z klawiatury ENTER. Na Pulpicie powstanie plik log.txt. Plik ten załącz tu do posta.

 

 

Wybacz Matik ,ale dla mnie to czarna magia i nie umiem poradzić sobie z instrukajcami. Pamiętaj,ja mam tylko 14 lat. Nie jestem zaawansowanym informatykiem.

To nie wygląda mi na infekcję, ale na razie spekulacje, są potrzebne dane, o które pada tu prośba.

 

 

Puki co dorzucę screnny z szczegółowymi błędami (...) Linki są do wyświetlających się błędów w okienkach. Nie umiem dodawać grafiki w postach,bo kod tutaj nie zadziałało,a jak chcę wrzucić w zielone okienko pod emotikonami,to mi pisze,że forum nie przyjmuje tego typu rozszerzeń grafiki

 

Te linki są błędne, prowadzą do otwierania logowania do poczty WP a nie obrazków. Być może Ty widzisz, że linki są prawidłowe, ponieważ jesteś zalogowana na swoim koncie WP, ale my tego nie widzimy i nie zobaczymy żadnym sposobem. W ogóle nie widzimy obrazków, nie wiemy co na nich jest i dopóki nie zmieniasz sposobu wstawiania plików nie dowiemy się tego.

 

Błąd wstawiania obrazków na forum: widocznie próbujesz wstawić niedozwolony tu format taki jak np. BMP. Forum nie pozwala na załączanie plików w nieskompresowanym formacie, za to można wstawić PNG / JPG / GIF. Opisz jak próbujesz wstawiać obrazki, krok po kroku. Do przeczytania też Pomoc forum i ustęp "Postowanie": KLIK

Opisz dokładniej co Ty naprawdę uruchomiłaś, jak się nazywało to narzędzie, które pokazywało "jakieś liczby,zielony pasek wypełniał pół ekranu,pokazując jakieś procenty".

 

 

Podałaś log z programu DDS a nie z programu OTL. To pomyłka przy pobieraniu, czy może był jakiś problem z uruchomieniem programu OTL? Poza tym, to nie jest kompletny log z DDS, DSS tworzy dwa pliki po ukończeniu skanowania, zabrakło tu pliku Attach.txt, który prezentuje m.in. spis zainstalowanych programów. Pliki raportów dołączaj przez opcję załączników. Opcja ta jest widoczna po przejściu w tryb pełny edytora (przycisk Więcej opcji > Dodaj pliki).

 

Póki co: narzędzie SFC nie widzi żadnej usterki, choć mam wątpliwości czy to jest cały log, ponieważ brakuje na końcu zdania "Repair complete". W logu z DDS nic konkretnego, choć notuję tu nieudolne nieprawidłowe próby wstawiania pliku urlmon.dll w niewiadomej wersji i bez potwierdzenia czy to plik pasujący do Windows 7 32-bit, czyli plik pod wadliwą nazwą pobrany gdzieś z internetu i umieszczony w ogóle w złym katalogu "system":

Skasuj ten plik urlmon_www.przeklej.pl.dll z dysku. I proszę o kolejne dane:

 

1. Dla pewności, że wyniki z SFC są całe: powstały wcześniej na Pulpicie plik log.txt doczep do posta metodą załączniki.

 

2. Podaj wyszukiwanie potwierdzające obecność urlmon.dll. Pobierz program SystemLook, uruchom go i w oknie wklej:

Kliknij w Look i czekaj cierpliwie na raport tekstowy, który się automatycznie otworzy. Raport ten dołącz do posta opcją załączniki.

 

3. Sprawdź czy błędy brakujących plików występują, jeżeli system zostanie uruchomiony w Trybie awaryjnym. Jak zastartowac do Trybu awaryjnego: KLIK.

Ten log z SFC nadal zdaje się być urwany. Natomiast ... plik urlmon.dll wprawdzie jest w katalogu system32, ale to jest zły plik niezgodny z Windows 7, datowanie pliku to ... rok 1999:

To chyba skutki Twoich prób "naprawy". Wygląda to na kolejny plik pobrany skądś i wstawiony. Należy zamienić ten plik jedną z poprawnych kopii pliku, które już są w systemie.

 

Aczkolwiek ... Ze spisu plików w systemie wygląda, że jest tu obecny tylko Internet Explorer w wersji 8 (wersja zintegrowana z systemem). Może prostszą dla Ciebie operacją, a także gwarantującą zamianę / uzupełnienie plików w szerszym zakresie, byłoby po prostu nadpisanie poprzez instalację wyższej wersji Internet Explorer 9. Pobierz instalator IE9: KLIK. Jeśli podczas instalowania pojawią się jakieś błędy, dokładnie je przepisz.

2. Ponawiam prośbę o instalację Internet Explorer 9 z podanego linka. Plik urlmon.dll jest nieprawidłowy, a że cała przeglądarka nieaktualizowana, zainstaluj najnowszą wersję, która plik urlmon.dll powinna skorygować.

Czy na pewno? Który folder sprawdzasz? Przepisz ścieżkę dostępu. Zrób też szukanie na dysku na przykładowy plik, którego się spodziewasz w folderze "Pobrane".


 


 


4.Nie dało rady zainstalować Interneta Explorera 9,ponieważ wyskoczył komunikat


 


Co to za plik: SoftonicDownolader_dla_internet-explorer-9-exe? To nie jest oryginalny instalator Internet Explorer 9, który podałam:


 


Pobierz instalator IE9: KLIK.


 


Pobierz instalator z podanej strony Microsoftu, wystarczy jeden klik w przycisk... A błąd pokazuje poprawę, ponieważ system zaczął wykrywać urlmon.dll. Aktualnie właśnie mówi nie, że go nie ma, tylko że jest niepoprawny. Error "Nie znaleziono porządkowej 423 w bibliotece dołączonej dynamicznie urlmon.dll" to jest właśnie skutek złego pliku urlmon.dll z 1999 roku, o którym mówiłam.

Jak wpiszę w wyszukiwarkę na pasku pokazują się oczywiście pliki,ale nie odtwarzają się w programach multimedialnych,ponieważ wyskakują błędy.


2.Pobrałam już właściwy plik INTERNET EXPLORER 9.


3.Podczas instalacji wyskoczyły błędy:

Skoro instalacja IE9 ma problem, to wykonajmy może tę zamianę urlmon.dll już teraz, by odciąć przynajmniej część błędów spowodowanych wadliwym plikiem. 


 


1. Przekopiuj plik C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-i..ersandsecurityzones_31bf3856ad364e35_8.0.7601.21878_none_d1f18b35c558a3f5\urlmon.dll na Pulpit dla wygody.


 


2. Tym skopiowanym na Pulpit plikiem zamień aktualny wadliwy C:\Windows\system32\urlmon.dll za pomocą narzędzia Windows Se7en File Replacer.


 


3. Zresetuj system.


 


 


Jak wpiszę w wyszukiwarkę na pasku pokazują się oczywiście pliki,ale nie odtwarzają się w programach multimedialnych,ponieważ wyskakują błędy.


 


Jakie błędy? W jakich programach? Podaj przykłady.

Czyli Windows Se7en File Replacer też potrzebuje pliku urlmon.dll (nie przewidziałam tego). Reszta błędów kręci się wokół tego samego. To z innej strony próba zamiany pliku:


 


1. Uruchom BlitzBlank i w karcie Script wklej:

Nie jestem tym aż tak zdziwiony.Dlatego obstawiałem najierw za naprawą systemu a dopiero gdy znikną błędy to instalacja IE9

Gdyby kolejna zabawka @Picasso :P  zawiodła i też wykrzyczała jakiś błąd to skopiuj ten urlmon.dll z podanej przez nią  ścieżki normalnie jak każdy inny plik,a gyby wyskoczył jakiś błąd przy podmianie plików to usuń najpierw nieprawidłową wersję z C:\Windows\System32  a dopiero potem skopiuj do tego folderu prawidłową wersję z pofolderu w WinSxS.

Piszę teraz z innego komputera. Ten stary po prostu się...zepsuł...


Opisz błąd:


Nie chce się uruchomić,znaczy nie wyświetla mi się pole do wpisania hasła,nawet nie pokazuje właśnie okna z moim kontem. Kilka sekund,zanim ma to zrobić wyświetla się cały ekran na ciemno niebiesko i BUM. Odpala od nowa. Nie wiedziałam,co zrobić,czy on skanował,czy wklejał,czy cokolwiek robił zostawiłam go w spokoju. Biedak,męczył się,aż do wyładowania energii. Teraz wiem,że już się nie na prawił. Jest już gorzej,a przecież słuchałam i robiłam to,co mi podał piccaso. Postępowałam zgodnie z wskazówkami Windows Se7en i nic... Teraz przyda się fachowa pomoc informatyka domowego. O,ile w ogóle uda się go naprawić. Jeśli nie,to będę musiała zawrzeć sojusz z liną i z lasem,bo dla mnie to oznacza koniec. Koniec wszystkiego. Tej usterki nie rozumiem, skąd ona tu się pojawiła znienacka. Była zadana tylko prosta akcja przekopiowania jednego pliku do drugiego i to pliku nie związanego z obszarem startowym. Co było ostatnią akcją?


 


Tyte, czy zdołasz zrobić log z FRST? Jeśli to zdaje Ci się za trudne, to może jednak udaj się po pomoc informatyka, który po prostu będzie miał dostęp bezpośredni do komputera.
