Hmmm, a czy tu przypadkiem nie ma powtórki z tego tematu: KLIK? Czy masz również błąd Windows Update o kodzie 8024402C? Pytam, ponieważ w tamtym temacie są bardzo podobne objawy, ten sam kod błędu licencji w Dzienniku zdarzeń, również nie można otworzyć niektórych komponentów systemowych takich jak Panel sterowania.
