Witam. Mam problem z instalacją service pack 2 a mianowicie wyskakuje mi taki błąd\

Zrobiłem naprawę systemu ale nic nie pomogło

mój system Windows Vista 64

Proszę o szybką pomoc

To także zrobiłem i nie pomogło. Szukałem różnych podpowiedzi w googlach, na forach itd. i nadal wyskakuje mi błąd wiec może ktoś zna jakiś cudowny sposób:)

ERROR_SERVICE_DOES_NOT_EXIST = usługa nie istnieje = sugerowany kompletny brak usługi w rejestrze (to będzie wymagać rekonstrukcji przez import do rejestru). Podaj spis usług, by było wiadome na 100% o którą chodzi. Uruchom OTL, wszystkie opcje ustaw na Brak+Żadne, z wyjątkiem opcji Usługi ustawionej na Wszystko. Podaj log wynikowy.

Z menu Notatnika > Plik > Zapisz jako > Ustaw rozszerzenie na Wszystkie pliki > Zapisz jako FIX.REG

2. Uruchom regedit na uprawnieniu konta SYSTEM za pomocą psexec lub Process Hacker: KLIK. W tak uruchomionym regedit z menu Plik zaimportuj FIX.REG.

3. Sprawdź czy na dysku jest plik C:\Windows\servicing\TrustedInstaller.exe. Jeśli nie ma, daj znać i nie próbuj jeszcze resetować systemu i ponawiać instalację SP.

Zrobiłem 1 i 2 punkt. Co do punktu 3 to tego pliku nie ma w folderze servicing ale jest co takiego jak C:\Windows\servicing\pl-PL\TrustedInstaller.exe.mui

Plik MUI to nie ten (tylko spolszczenie). Pobieraj plik w wersji Vista SP1 x64: KLIK. Plik wstaw do folderu C:\Windows\servicing. Katalog servicing ma tak ustawione uprawnienia, że administratorzy nie mają praw modyfikacji. By wgrać tam plik, należy dla katalogu servicing przestawić Właściciela z TrustedInstaller na swoje konto + swoje konto dodać z Pełną kontrolą. A po wgraniu pliku przywracasz poprzednie uprawnienia (TrustedInstaller jako Właściciel + swoje konto usuwasz z listy). Operacje na uprawnieniach opisane tu: KLIK.

Pewnie problem polegałby na znalezieniu właściwej wersji ale to jest do pokonania.

Plik nie ma sygnatury Microsoftu. Plik, który ode mnie dostałeś, wstaw także w folder C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-trustedinstaller_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6001.18000_none_ed2bcf0805842731 wymieniając aktualnie tam zlokalizowany plik. Z uprawnieniami będzie ta sama heca.

zrestartowałem komputer i uruchomiłem Instalator modułów systemu Windows

Podmień jeszcze ten plik, który podałam wyżej. A w związku z tym, że był tu defekt dwóch plików, na wszelki wypadek uruchom ogólne sprawdzanie za pomocą komendy sfc /scannow, przefiltruj CBS.LOG do wystąpień znaczników [sR] i zaprezentuj log: KLIK. Jak sam mówisz, nieistniejący uprzednio Instalator modułów systemu Windows już się uruchamia, czyli wykonanie skanu sfc możliwe.

A mówiłam:

A w związku z tym, że był tu defekt dwóch plików, na wszelki wypadek uruchom ogólne sprawdzanie za pomocą komendy sfc /scannow, przefiltruj CBS.LOG do wystąpień znaczników [sR] i zaprezetuj log: KLIK.

To było zagranie prewencyjne właśnie pod kątem potencjalnie grubszych naruszeń w plikach. Wg błędu z obrazka takie naruszenia tu są, uszkodzony plik quartz.dll. Podaj odczyt z sfc /scannow. Jeśli narzędzie tego nie będzie umiało naprawić, ręcznie będziemy plik zamieniać.

bombel, ale to tylko połowa zadania, przecież trzeba obejrzeć gdzie SFC widzi naruszenia = miałeś przefiltrować CBS.LOG do wystąpień [sR] i podać log. Komenda filtrowania jest w tutorialu, do którego kierowałam....

Oczywiście należy przestawić uprawnienia, by to było możliwe. Dla plików w katalogach system32 i SysWOW64 rób to na plikach, a dla plików w WinSxS na katalogu w którym siedzi plik.

2. Po wykonaniu podmian wywołaj kolejne sprawdzanie sfc /scannow. Jeśli komenda ta nie znajdzie już naruszeń, sprawa załatwiona.

Oj na pewno nie to samo (a poświadcza to ustąpienie błędu "na Pulpicie") i z pewnością tam jest inny odczyt na temat które pliki są naruszone, a jest możliwe że tym razem bez znaczenia. I znów zadanie tylko w połowie zrobiłeś. Jeśli ja mówię, "użyj sfc /scannow", to skrót myślowy obejmujący również filtrowanie raportu do wystąpień [sR], co jest niezbędne by odczytać gdzie narzędzie widzi błędy. Tak więc skasuj aktualny C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.LOG, ponów sfc /scannow i przefiltruj do [sR].
