Problem z otwieraniem folderów. Problem z explore.exe lub inny ?

Witam jestem kompletnie zielony z tym problemem i nie wiem jak go naprawić. Szukałem po wielu stronach ale nic nie pomogło. Problem polega na tym że nie mogę otworzyć żadnego folderu, pobrać pliku .jpg lub też przesłać pliku na bloga. Mogę to zrobić tylko raz po tym jak uruchomię PC. Robiłem skan logów które wyglądają tak ->

Nawet dodanie pliku jak ten jest nie możliwe dlatego też przepraszam ale musiałem podac logi w ten sposób. Juz sprawdziłem je i odznaczyłem wszystkie czerwone oznaczenia ale one nadal wracają. Potrzebuję pomocy !
